The Oppo Realme 2 Pro is the advanced version of the Oppo Realme 2 that was launched a few months ago. The Realme 2 Pro has been officially unveiled in India and will soon hit UAE Dubai and other countries. The phone packs a massive battery capacity with a beautiful design that also marries a notch and other regulars. According to the company, this phone is the first device to feature a higher screen to body ratio in an affordable price segment. It’s the first Snapdragon 660 chipset smartphone that comes with 8 GB of RAM in India.
Oppo Realme 2 Pro Design & Display
The Realme 2 Pro carry a large display screen size. Thanks to the notch, the 6.3-inch IPS LCD is perfect to produce a Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It has a screen to body ratio of 90.8 percent. The impression large display is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. On the overall body, the Realme 2 Pro is built with glass on the back and it measures 156.7 x 74.0 x 8.5mm and it weighs 174 grams.
Camera & Connectivity
On the back, the Realme 2 Pro packs a dual rear camera configuration that consists of Sony IMX398 16-megapixel with f/1.7 aperture. The cameras are protected by 6p sapphire glass and are equipped with features like dual pixel fast focus and EIS for video shooting. It also supports 4K videos recording at 30 fps. On the front for selfies, it has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The cameras also feature AI scene recognition, AI beautification, AI album and AR stickers. for connectivity, you will get dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG, and 3.5mm audio jack.
Oppo Realme 2 Pro Hardware Software
On the hardware, the Realme 2 Pro has a Snapdragon 660 that comes with its own AI Engine. The device has a model with a 6 GB of RAM whereas the highest configuration variant has 8 GB of RAM. It also comes in multiple inbuilt variants of 64 GB and 128 GB. You can expand the memory with a micro SD card if you want. It’s loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS and ColorOS 5.2 flavored on top. Keeping the light on is a massive battery capacity of 3,500mAh but sadly it does not support fast charging technology.
