The iPhone XR is not attractive like the iPhone XS. It has a thicker bezel around the screen with edge’s that are not that premium and it maintains a glass in the body which shows it still support wireless charging technology. The overall body looks just fine and it’s larger than the iPhone XS.

It has a 6.1-inch display which is wrapped with metal making the handset to feel good when you hold it.
It has a curved body with two speaker grilles at the bottom which is similar to that if the iPhone X.
It lacks headphone jack and 3.5mm connector – so you’ll be stuck using the bundled earbuds in the box, which come with a Lightning connection at the end.

iPhone XR

The iPhone XR has a screen display size of 6.1-inches with a thicker bezel around and it uses LCD technology over OLED to keep the costs down. Apart from that, it comes with a new Liquid Retina display that Apple’s developed for the model. This means technically lower quality without HDR playback, still the color reproduction on the overall screen won’t be that bad. It’s a large phone, so users will experience a bigger screen when using it. The screen has an 18:9, which is narrower than the usual 16:9 widescreen that many will be used to.

The iPhone XR has a single camera which is lower than the dual cameras on its siblings. The single 12MP on the phone means it won’t be able to have a telephoto lens for lossless zooming in or be able to take clever portrait modes using the two sensors together.

Using some advanced technology on the inside, the iPhone XR can blur the background and you can also change the depth of the blur effect with a scroller on the bottom of the phone. You will get a front facing camera of 7MP for facial unlocking and selfies. It also has the Smart HDR in the mix, allowing the iPhone XR to really capture the high-end elements of a photo, fusing the light and dark elements.

Battery & Performance

With the 3GB of RAM and the A12 Bionic chipset, combining less power with a more efficient engine, the iPhone XR will hold battery longer than the iPhone 8 Plus. On the overall, the iPhone XR battery life will last up to a full day when fully charged.

iPhone XR Price & Storage

The iPhone XR with 64GB will sell at a price of 3,600 AED, the 128GB will cost around 2,900 AED, while the one with 256GB will start selling at a price of 3,800 AED in Dubai UAE.
