Step 1: Call the first person you want to be in the conference call and wait for them to answer.
Step 2: When the first caller answer, you will see two rows of buttons underneath the name of the caller. Just tap the button that looks like a plus sign; it will say Add Call underneath.
Step 3: Now call the second person that you want to be in the conference call by dialing in the number or searching for them in your contacts.

Step 6: When they merge, the names of the contacts will be in one line and the Merge Calls button will change back to the Add Call button.

How to Detect a Conference call on iPhone
There is no working method to detect if you are on the call conference. However, if you think someone is calling on a conference call, end the call and call the person again. If the calls say “the Number you are calling is on another call”, it’s likely the number has merged you on a conference call. Another way to notice if someone calls you on a conference call is to pay attention and see if you will hear another voice on the call.
