How to download iOS 14 And iPadOS 14

Before you download the new iOS 14 on your iPhone or iPad, you have to back up your device first. To do that, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Plug your ‌iPhone‌, ‌iPad‌, or ‌iPod touch‌ into your Mac using a USB cable.

Step 2: Open a Finder window by clicking the Finder icon in the Dock.

Step 3: Click on the iOS device’s name in the sidebar.

Step 4: If this is your first time connecting your device, click Trust in the Finder window.

Step 5: Tap Trust on your device when prompted, and then enter your passcode.

Step 6: In the General tab, click the circle next to where it says Back up all of the data on your [‌iPhone‌/‌iPad‌/‌iPod touch‌] to this Mac.

Step 7: If you don’t want to create an encrypted backup, or you have already done that, click Back Up Now at the bottom of the General tab.

Step 8: When the backup finished you can locate it using the date in the General tab, just above the Manage Backups button.

Step 1: On your iPhone or iPad, go to Apple’s Developer Program enrollment website

Step 2: Tap on the two-line icon in the top-left corner of the page and select Account to sign in.

Step 3: Once you’re signed in, just tap on the two-line icon again and select Downloads.

Step 4: Here swipe down and tap Install Profile under ‌iOS 14‌ beta or ‌iPadOS‌ beta.

Step 6: Tap Allow to download the profile, then tap Close.

Step 7: You can now launch the Settings app on your iOS device and tap Profile Downloaded, which should appear under your Apple ID banner.

Step 8: Now tap Install in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 9: Enter your passcode.

Step 10: Tap Install in the top-right corner to agree to the consent text, and tap Install again when prompted.

Step 11: Next tap Done, then tap General in the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 12: Tap Software Update.

Step 13: Tap Download and Install.

Step 14: Tap Install Now.
