How to Print From Your iPhone 14 / 14 Plus / 14 Pro Max

How To Move the Print action to the top of the list in your Share Sheet

You can make some changes here as well. Moving the print action to the top list will make it easy for you to print anything on the go. Below is how to do that.

Step 1: Tap on ‘Edit Actions..’ at the bottom of the screen
Step 2: Scroll down to the section ‘Other Actions
Step 3: Next, tap on the Green ‘+’ icon next to Print
Step 4: Now tap ‘Done’ at the top right corner of the screen

You will now have the ‘Print’ feature to your Shares Sheet favorites at the top of the actions list bar.

How to print an email in iPhone 14 Pro Max / 14 Plus / 14 Pro Max

Step 1: Open your email and tap on the reply button
Step 2: Now you should see a bunch of mail app actions, including print as well as reply all, flag, mark as unread, forward, archive message, etc.
Step 3: Then tap on the print and your AirPrint Printer Options dialog appears to select your printer and how many copies you want to print.
