Step 1: From your phone home screen, tap the Phone icon   (If you can’t see, swipe up from the center of the display then tap Phone)

If video calls are not working on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone. There are some methods to troubleshoot this and below we have listed them.

1. Check the Network Signal

Videos calls are not like the regular carrier phone calls that you make. It requires a strong network connection for it to work. So before anything else, ensure that the data connection on your Samsung is strong or the WiFi is stable. If it’s not, try connecting to a strong and reliable WiFi.

2. Clear cache And Quit App
