Here is the instruction on how to charge your Fitbit Ace device. To charge your device, make sure you plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or any other energy device like a power bank.

You should attach the other end of the cable to your device. It can take up to 1-2 hours before your device can charge up to 100%.

How to Attach Charging Cable to Fitbit Ace

To attach your charging cable, clip the end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. Ensure that the pins on the charging cable are locked securely with the port.

Just know that the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and a battery icon appears on the screen.
