Samsung S21 Text Message Settings

Well, in this post, we will be showing all the text message settings on the Samsung S21. This feature is also applicable to other Samsung phones like the Samsung S20, Samsung S22, and even the Samsung S10 phones.

How to Access Samsung Messaging Settings

Step 1: From your home screen, tap on the Messaging App.

Step 2: Next, select the Menu icon, then select Settings.

Step 3: Here, you will see different Samsung messaging options.

Here you can turn Off/On advance messaging. Tap Advanced Messaging > Advanced Messaging switch.

To turn On/Off advanced MESSAGING READ RECEIPTS: Tap Advanced Messaging > Share read status switch.

To ACCESS/EDIT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS: Tap on Notifications.

To ACCESS SMS SETTINGS/VIEW MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER: Tap on More settings > Text messages. Here, the Message Center number will also be displayed on the Text messages settings screen.

To access the MMS SETTINGS: Select More settings > Multimedia messages.

How to Enable and Disable Emergency Alerts

Step 1: From your device’s home screen, swipe down the notification bar and select the settings icon.

Step 2: Select the Notifications, then scroll to and select Advanced settings.

Step 3: Now scroll down and select Wireless emergency alerts, then select the desired switches to enable or disable the desired alerts.
