Manga Rock PC is shutting down which on its own is sad news especially to those that love reading on the site. This is site is only for those that enjoy reading comic stories. The website back in September made it clear through an announcement that they are hunting down and many right now are looking for an alternative.
Well, Menga Rock are not shutting down completely instead they will be moving to a new platform called MR Comics. The website is now officially dead meaning you cant no longer open the site anymore.
If you found recall, back in September, the Menga Rock app was removed from Google Playstore and Appstore which is part of their preparation to shut down the website. Below s the official statement concerning this new development.
Hi all
As we announced previously, we have removed all reading features from the website.
Now when you visit each title’s info page, you can no longer read scanlations. Instead, we have added a feature that links each title in Manga Rock to an official content provider’s site (like Comixology, or viz.com etc.) where you can support the original authors and their work.

In the meantime, our team is still working hard on project “MR Comics” where we hope to make comics more accessible to everyone — we will share details with you soon.

MangaRock new platform
Just as mentioned above, Menga Rock is moving and to a new platform, they called MR Comics. This MR Comics, however, will be a paid platform to read manga and comics and it will be beneficial for both parties that are the creators and the readers.
