WiFi Calling does not appear on the Settings menu on my A14. Now what?
I may have sent this before. If so, I’m sorry. I have a Samsung A14 5G SMS146VL and no matter what steps I take there is no place to turn on Wi-Fi calling. I have software ver. S146VLUDS9CXG1; IMEI 357943420074749. I just changed carriers and transferred everything. from one phone to another. I have a SIM from the new carrier. and can make/receive calls. I spoke to them, and they have it turned on their end but say I have to turn it on in my phone. Maybe the software didn’t transfer correctly?. If the software version is correct, is there a link I can use to update and just add the Wi-Fi calling feature? I can save everything/data like contacts to USB and reinstall software or do a reset. Thanks Charlie
