How to Turn / On TalkBack or Voice Assistant on Samsung S22
To enable or disable TalkBack on your phone, go through Settings or use the Volume Keys shortcut. Just make sure to follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Tap into TalkBack.
