How to Set up and Use Fitbit Versa 3

In late August 2020, Fitbit launched three new wearables. The flagship Fitbit Sense and the very cheap Fitbit Versa 3 were very similar. Both smartwatches look almost the same, share many of the same features and run the same software. From a feature perspective, Sense is a great device and should be the best device for Fitbit fans. However, looking at both the Sense and Versa 3 value propositions, there’s a winner.

Whether you want to lose weight, be more active throughout the day, track your sleep, or just try to track your overall health, Fitbits are among the best fitness trackers out there. Do you want to live a healthier life? Can’t wait to use your device, but need help setting it up for the first time? You’ve come to the right place. Here, we will give you steps on how to set up Fitbit Versa 3.

Fitbit Versa 3

Introducing the Fitbit Versa 3

In essence, the Fitbit Versa 3 is a great smartwatch. If you’re looking to track your overall health, see notifications, listen to music, and perform basic tasks without touching your phone, the Versa 3 can do so much more.

The Versa 3 isn’t Fitbit’s ‘best’, however. Objectively, Fitbit Sense is the best choice. With that in mind, you can view the Fitbit Versa 3 in two ways. The first is very obvious. This is the knee-length version of the Fitbit Sense. It looks like Sense but lacks some of Sense’s biggest features, such as the famous electrocardiogram tracking.

A better way to see it is to view Sense as “Fitbit Versa3 Ultra”. The Versa 3 has almost every feature a smartwatch buyer could want. Precise health tracking, sleep tracking (including SpO2 tracking), built-in GPS with GLONASS support, Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, multi-day battery life, and more.

For the average person, Versa 3 has everything you need. Fitbit Sense is basically for anyone who wants to keep their smartwatch up to date. And I am willing to pay more for my privileges. Verse 3 is for everyone.
