How to Restart or Reboot
Note: Please don’t attempt to restart your device by inserting any items, such as paper clips, into any hole as it can damage your Fitbit device.
Step 1: Swipe down from the lock screen to find the Settings app.
Step 2: Now go to your Settings app and tap Restart Device > Restart.
Now if your device is unresponsive. Connect it to the charging cable. You can learn how to do that here.
Next, press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Now, wait until you see the Fitbit logo appears.
How to Reset Fitbit Luxe
Step 1: Swipe down from the home screen/clock display until you find the Settings app. Then tap on it to open Settings.
Step 2: Now swipe up until you reach the Device Info menu. Tap to open it.
Step 3: And again swipe up until you see Clear User Data. option. Tap on it.
Step 4: Finally, you can now tap and hold the Hold 3 sec button to reset your device.
