Step 1: Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any USB wall charger.
Step 2: Next click the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. Make sure the Pins on the charging cable is locked securely with the port.
Step 3: Also make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. The best way to know when the connection is secure is when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
Step 4: Now press and hold the button to restart your tracker.
You have to hold the button for like 8 seconds. And then release the button when you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
