Method #1

The first method to bypassing the iCloud activation lock doesn’t require any technical tool.

In this method, you are required to reboot the iPhone on which you want to bypass the iCloud Activation Lock. Then, begin the set-up process; pic your country and language.

When you get to the point where you see the “Choose a Wi-Fi Network”, tap on the “I” button which you will find next to the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.

Scroll down to “DNS” and then type one of the following: 154.51.7 (USA/North America), 155.28.90 (Europe), 155.220.58 (Asia), 109.17.60 (Rest of the world)

Go back, and then click on your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap on Join.

Tap on the back button to get back to the Wi-Fi page. At this point, the iPhone would try to activate itself by going to a new screen, don’t allow that.

Tap on the back button to come back to the Wi-Fi page, and by now, you should see “iCloudDNSBypass.net” at the top of the page. Scroll and tap on the menu in order to access apps and other features.

Method #2

As you can tell, the first method we’ve discussed entails Bypassing the iCloud Activation Lock, not Removing it.

The difference between the two of them is that, bypassing activation lock only gives you access to certain features of the iPhone (helpful for when you’re looking to return the iPhone to its original owner)

While removing the activation lock gives you full access to the device, sort of deleting the previous iCloud Activation Lock.

It is particularly useful for when you buy the iPhone second-hand. Removing the activation lock would require some technicalities, and would cost money and time as well.
