Step 1: From the home screen, select Apps.

Step 4: To use network-provided values, select the following:

Step 5: If not using network-provided values, perform the following to adjust date & time manually:
Select Set date.
Adjust the date then select Set.
Select Set time.
Adjust the time then select Set.
Select time zone.
Select the time zone.
If desired, select Use 24-hour format.
