Before using the cast screen function, check to see if your TV supports the screen mirroring function (Miracast). To do this, go to TV settings and find if there are any WiFi options available, or see if there is a WiFi logo on a TV box. If your TV is not smart, then you need a chromecast dongle or similar device hooked up.

Step 1: Connect your Xiaomi device and smart TV to the same wireless network.

Step 2: Go to Settings - Connection & sharing - Cast. You can now enable the screen function.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone.

Step 1: Connect your Xiaomi phone and Windows PC or laptop to the same wireless network.

Step 2: Click the "Start" button on the PC.

Step 3: Go to "Settings" - System - select "Projecting to this PC".

Step 4: Select the "available everywhere" from the first dropdown.

Step 5: Now you need to enable the cast feature on your Xiaomi device, go to Settings - Connection & sharing - Cast. Tap the “Cast”, then it will pop up notifications of “Cancel” or “Turn on”. Click “Turn on”.

Step 6: Your device will start searching for the available devices nearby.

Step 7: Select the PC name you want to mirror. Once they are successfully connected, your phone’s screen will be displayed on the PC.
